I was very happy with Mr Tomlinson’s care. He was polite, professional, explained what he believed was the best course of action to improve my outcome, and was content to listen to and answer any question I had throughout the process.

I found Mr Tomlinson to be an extremely competent and courteous surgeon. He made me feel at ease from my first consultation through to surgery. He answered any questions I had with genuine care and in language I could understand. I would highly recommend Mr Tomlinson to anyone who required similar surgery to myself.

1. BMI hospital Sarum Road - receptionists let service down & kept me waiting - didn't check me in properly either on day of op or follow up - so kept waiting & no indication of how long. Secondly was unable to take my payment at check up as 'can't process payments when only 1 receptionist on duty'. 2. Perhaps the operation list could be scheduled the day before - so if you're near the end of the list - can arrive later.
